Duties Include:

• Receive and qualify inbound qualified leads
• Follow up calls and emails
• Ability to close sales
• Offer up-sells
• Follow scripts and rebuttals effectively

Qualified candidates must:

• Connect with consumers and deliver exceptional e-commerce experience during the interaction
• Handle various sales-focused phone calls and emails and assist the consumer in comparing and buying the best Carport 1 product
• Possess a goal-oriented, self-motivated, competitive attitude
• Maintain the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Resolves customer questions and inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
• Work in Mount Airy, NC sales office
• Be a motivated self-starter requiring little supervision
• Possess fundamental computer skills with a high-degree of comfort using a variety of computer sales- and customer-management software
