The front section of this structure is a metal carport, which is more open and easily accessible. This carport can shelter two medium-sized cars, trucks or other vehicles of similar size. It is more useful for storing your belongings that you need to access more frequently.

Attached to the carport is the utility shed, fully enclosed for the utmost security of your valuables. This section, you can utilize your expensive tools and equipment that need defense against thieves and vandals as well. You can even turn it into a little man-cave or a workshop area if you like. Features of 20×36 Double Car Boxed Eave Roof Carport

The standard for all our prefab steel building is the 14-gauge tubular framing. It is the default option we have for our non-certified metal carports and other metal structures.

You can upgrade the framing to 12-gauge if you need the metal carport to handle greater weather loads, though. The framework at the top of the Two Cars Garage has an A-framed structure with the horizontal metal panels.

This roofing style is what we called a boxed eave roof. While boxed eave roofs can easily withstand mild and moderate weather conditions, they do not last their maximum lifespan in areas with heavy precipitation. So, in those areas, it is better to invest in a vertical roof, which we also offer as an option.

The 20’W x 25’L x 6’H carport section is entirely open on the sides and the front end. It allows for the smooth movement of vehicles and equipment while also providing shelter.

You can add to the strength and effectiveness of the Two Cars Garage by increasing the coverage with gables, side panels, etc. Meanwhile, the 20’W x 10’L x 6’H main section is the utility storage area. It has full coverage with horizontal metal panels. Also, there is a 6’x6′ metal garage door at the front end of the section as the main entry into the Double Car Boxed Eave Roof Carport.
