The One Car Garage with Vertical Roof measures 24’W x 26’L x 8’H and it comes with a vertical roof style as the name suggests. Not only is the metal garage stunning in its form, but it also does a great job of protecting your vehicles and other valuables from elemental and human threats.

Features of 24×26 One Car Garage with Vertical Roof
Very similar to our other vertical metal garages, this particular prefab metal garage also features the sloping A-framed roof. Vertical roof panels, which run parallel to the width of the garage, sit on top of the roof framework.
Able to channel water and debris away from the roof, this roof style is perfect for areas with heavy precipitation. Plus, the sloping roof is also beneficial in terms of aesthetics. These roofs are designed to complement the architectural style of the American traditional houses.
The main structural framework of the prefab metal garage consists of 14-gauge galvanized steel tubes. This framework is durable and can remain rust-resistant for years. Covering this framework on the sides are the vertically-oriented metal panel walls.
These vertical walls offer greater resistant to horizontal weather loads, like wind loads, etc. Besides, they also come with an extra option of wainscot, which is the two-tone color combination.
As for the openings, there is one of our roll-up metal garage doors at the front end. The metal garage door has a dimension of 9’x8′ and as such allows smooth movement of any medium-sized car.
Additionally, we have placed a 36″x80″ walk-in door on the left wall of the prefab metal garage for easy and regular access. Last but not least, we recommend that you invest in a sound insulation system if you want to avoid condensation problems.
